Do I have to create a customer account to place my order or can I also order as a guest?
Of course, you also have the option of ordering as a guest if you don't want to set up a customer account. Invoice and (if different) delivery address are sufficient for a delivery.
Of course, there are many advantages if you create a customer account. For example, you can view past and current orders and easily reorder, access a shopping list, refer friends, collect vouchers and much more.
Which payment methods are available?
You can pay for your order online via PayPal or by credit card (VISA, Mastercard, American Express). It is also possible to purchase via PayPal invoice or Apple Pay.
Is there a minimum order value?
You can find out whether there is a minimum order value for delivery to you using the shipping cost calculator after entering your zip code on the Payment and Shipping page.
Where can I redeem my voucher?
You can redeem your voucher in the last order step, the order overview, in the input field provided. Alternatively, you can also enter your voucher in the shopping cart. After you have entered the voucher in the input field provided, click on the “Redeem” button and wait a few seconds. The voucher amount will then be deducted from the order overview or in the shopping cart.
Can I combine vouchers?
Vouchers cannot be combined. This applies to both promotional vouchers and purchase vouchers. If you have already redeemed a purchase or advertising voucher in your order, it is not possible to also redeem one of our newsletter or advertising vouchers.
Can I have vouchers credited later?
Vouchers can only be redeemed before completing the ordering process. You can use your voucher for a new order at any time. Please note that we cannot retroactively credit vouchers after your current order has been dispatched and the voucher must therefore be redeemed before your current order is dispatched. After entering the voucher code and clicking the “Redeem” button, the voucher amount will be deducted from your order overview.
Condition for redemption
If the spelling of the voucher code is correct and it still cannot be redeemed, you should check the redemption conditions of your voucher. You can find this with your voucher, for example in the email in which you received the voucher, on the advertising material with the voucher or from the cooperation partner.

Why isn't my % coupon applied to all items?
In this case, your voucher is excluded from goods that have already been reduced. Further information can be found in the voucher conditions associated with the voucher.
Transport and packaging
How are the goods transported?
Every single product is checked by us upon receipt of the goods and packaged safely for you for transport. Delivery will then be made either via one of our shipping partners or directly via us. We mostly ship directly to your home with DHL.
What packaging is the product delivered in?
We only use high-quality packaging material to ship your order.
Is the packaging environmentally friendly?
We cannot always guarantee environmentally friendly packaging of the highest standard. Nevertheless, we make every effort to be environmentally friendly.
